Our Banquets Chef, Vincent Hernandez, comes to us from Phoenix, AZ, where he worked at Cardinal Stadium, Mission Palms Hotel and Resort, and the Deer Valley Marriot. He was educated at the Scottsdale Le Cordon Blue Culinary School where he honed his skills under some of the best instructors in the nation.
